Shipping & Return

shipping:

We ship through USPS, UPS and FedEx. Once the order is placed, we will prepare the shipment within 72 hours and send you a tracking information upon shipping.

 

issues with the shipment:

Please contact us for any lost or stolen packages as soon as you notice the problem. We will diagnose the problem and will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

 

damage:

We do quality control on all products that come in and out of our shop, and do stand by our products. If you notice any issues with our products or notice any damages that appeared to have occurred during shipping, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will send you a return label, and the refund will be processed once we receive the return package. Shipping fee of $4.99 is non-refundable. It will be deducted from the total refund amount.
